Stupid negotiating mistakes. That's what I'm going to cover today. And this is a huge one so many of you commit. You go into a final negotiation, a firm's made an offer, you got to do some back and forth and you're really fuzzy about what you're willing to accept Andwhat you're willing to horse trade away, what you're willing to give up. And, thus,you go in and you're kind of winging it. Proper preparation prevents poor performance in a negotiation, just like it does an interview, just like it does in every other element of your life. You've got to think ahead. What they're going to do, what you're going to respond to. You have to practice your responses so that, this way,, you're not walking in unclear, unsure of yourself and conceding things that you really shouldn't give up on. I hope you found this helpful.
