Look into these benefits once you have the offer.
Here are a few benefits that people forget to go into detail about, may not understand, don’t really pay attention to, that you really should.
The first one is commuter benefits. Will they pay for your parking pre-tax? How about your transportation on public transportation, pre tax? Will they contribute anything to that? Or is it just, it’s going to be withdrawn from your check, and it’s going to be paid for pre-tax?
Another thing is professional development. Will they pay for tuition reimbursement, courses, conferences, anything along those lines to help you professionally? Next is wellness programs.
