They Rescinded The Offer! What Do I Do? | No BS Job Search Advice

With the economy slowing, firms are starting to rescind offers leaving people in the lurch. What should you do?
What should a person do when she has her #offer #rescinded? If a person has #resigned, they will be out of work. They can go to their current firm and say, “I’ve been thinking about it. I think I’ve made a #mistake. I would like to stay. ” At which point, game over. If they are not able to save their job, get a clear idea of what makes you whole. Approach the company and tell them, “I resigned my position based upon the #offerletter I received from your firm and now you have reneged. I am out of a job because of your actions. I require #compensation because of your decision. They will push back. “We can come to an agreement now without a lawyer or I get my lawyer into this. It’s your choice. They will attempt to #settle BUT don’t accept the first #offer.
