This video is designed to talk with you about how to feel good, how to keep feeling good, given the stress that we all operate under.
I'm not going to tell you about stress, you don't need me to do that. I'll just simpl,y say there are ways that you can be paying attention differently. One of them to be succinct, is at the end of your day, just write down a win or two that you had. Something that you did successfully.
Now, you may point to the fact that you got up early that morning as a win. You may talk about how you know, you followed your diet in a particular way as a win. You may talk about a professional success as a win. Most of the time, we only hear our own self- criticism and that doesn't really help all the time. We need to also know what winning looks like for us and start building on those victories.
Keep this in Evernote; keep it in OneNote. keep it on a pad. Whatever is easiest for you just record it every day. Sequence them so you can start seeing the list build up. There's no wrong answer there. Except if you don't do it.
Again, just take a minute to write down your victories for the day. You'll start to notice a different attitude come to you more often.
