ChatGPT woke us up to a possibility from AI to change the way all of us work and do it more efficiently. I’m Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter. People hire me 
for no BS career advice and coaching globally, because I’ve made things so much easier for people with regard to a job search, hiring more effectively, managing and leading better, workplace issues, a whole host of different things.
With AI coming to market fast and furiously, it’s important for you to make yourself desirable to your current employer, and other employers through the embrace of AI and be able to see ways that it can be deployed in your organization to help it make money, save money, be more efficient, etc.
We’re all seeing headlines of organizations suspending hiring, or eliminating jobs based upon generative AI. For you to survive within your current organization, to be marketable to the next one, star using AI. Start looking for ways that you can employ AI tools to save time, to make money, to save money because as firms start interviewing, you’re going to be a more curious person to them, a more interesting person to them, because you’ve taken this time, even with your current firm, where you can make your boss look good, because you’ve employed AI as a cost saver, as an efficiency creator and such. It’s going to make you stand out as a resource organizationally. So don’t pretend this is some fad. This one isn’t. The metaverse was pretty easy to spot was nonsense. This one isn’t.
