One of the ways that recruiters are able to steal your best people is that, after they’re hired, they discover they’re working with people who don’t care.
You see, top people really do care and when they join with others who they figure out pretty quickly, don’t give a damn about doing good work, they start to dull out, and you lose them emotionally and haven’t gotten their best out of them. And that’s your fault, because you misrepresented the situation. It’s like wooing someone, and making them fall in love. And then having them discover they’re going to be doing laundry and dishes all day long.
Look at what your people are going to be doing, and be honest with them. Because if you seduce them to get them on board, you’ll lose them. You’ll lose their hearts, and that’s not what you wanted. There’s a lot more at TheBigGameHunter.us
