    Jeff I don’t usually comment on videos but I just wanted to tell you that you are exactly right. Older employees have overcome the learning curve because of their previous work experience. I know some 40 to 70 year old employees that outwork most of the employees half their age and get paid less and most of the older or disabled workers will flat out think a younger person and leave them in the dust and all I could say was WOW. I have always tried to tell HR management don’t overlook the older or disabled people and Vets because they can help grow your organization exponentially.Great points thanks for sharing.

      Thank you for commenting. I don’t come burying younger workers. I come to praise the older ones. That such ignorance is so pervasive is the height of stupidity and the excuses given reflect stereotypes that reflect poorly on the speaker of them. Feel free to comment, even if you disagree.
