Find an Advocate to Speak for You With the Hiring Manager

Sometimes, it’s better to have someone advocate for you to get an interview or get hired.
Finding an advocate who’s willing to talk about you to a hiring manager may influence them to meet you and sometimes choose to hire you. This person can speak up for you, especially if you don’t have the exact level of experience. An advocate can work to speak about your skills and potential. They can communicate with the hiring managers and recruiters on your behalf. An advocates can increase your chances of being considered for a job, even with limited experience.
