One of the ways to effectively brand an organization is by giving your existing employees or reason to stay. And, in doing that, they’re going to praise the heck out of your organization publicly.
Interesting work, more money, training, and the big one, management praise. Let the leaders in your organization, let the managers in your organization do what the One Minute Manager teaches, which is catch people doing something right, and complimenting them for it, instead of always criticizing. Too many organizations focus on what they call improvement, but employees hear as criticism.
