There is one question you should never answer quickly on any interview because it can prove very costly to you. Here’s how to respond when asked.

You're on an interview. They're talking with you about your background. They ask you, "So, what are you looking for," or "What's your current salary? How much are you looking for?" Whichever jurisdiction you're in, they're going to ask you about what you're looking for. I'm Jeff Altman, The big Game Hunter. This is a question you don't answer right away.

You first asked them, "Could you give me a sense of the salary range for the position?" And they're going to say what the range is, "and it's going to depend on experience." But now you know what their range is so this way you don't shoot too low and cut yourself off at the knees and cost yourself money.

Hope you found this helpful. My channel on YouTube is Go there. Follow me there. There's gonna be a lot more than you can watch, listen to . . . a whole bunch of stuff that will help you. Hope you have a great day and be great!
