Do these 4 things and get better results from your resume

Writing Resumes for Skim Readers

4 tips for writing a strong resume. Number one, focus on your achievements. Number two, tailor your resume to the position that you’re applying for. Three, use strong verbs. Number four, quantify your accomplishments In doing that, money saved, money earned, percentage improvement.

Or if you’re not in a field where that works, percentage better over what you are by comparison to others. “I do 20% more of fill in the blank than people at my level” or people in comparable roles.

Do that including tailoring your resume for each individual position you apply for and you will get many more interviews.
