3 Tools That Make a LinkedIn Premium Account Worthwhile

If you are someone who wonders whether to have a LinkedIn premium account, here are three tools that make it worthwhile to have one.
If you’ve asked yourself the question whether it’s worth having a LinkedIn premium account, here are three tools that make it worthwhile. The first one is keyword insights. What this does is help you identify terms that people are searching for in order to find candidates. Thus, it helps you
attract recruiters to you, and other people who are trying to hire in order to ensure that you’re coming up in search results. I know that’s what you really want, right? You’re looking for a job, you want to be found.
Number two, is who’s looked at your profile? That’s a great option, because you discover who actually is looking at your profile. And if they’re not contacting you, it gives you the opportunity to message them back. Hey, LinkedIn told me you looked at my profile. Was there something in particular you were looking for that you didn’t see? They may not remember; they may not respond. However, when I used that as a recruiter, I was able to contact people who eventually told me that. ‘Hey, you know, I was curious about your background. Yes, I am looking for a job.’ And I’m sure the same thing could exist for you. ‘Yeah, I’m doing a search for such and such. I really wasn’t seeing that kind of background there.’ And thus, you’re able to say to them, ‘Oh, this is what I’ve done, and engage in a conversation with them.
The third tool is LinkedIn Learning. Now, you may ask yourself, why do I need LinkedIn learning? Well, the answer is, everyone has to be in growth mode. Everyone has to be in learning mode. You. Me. Everyone. And thus, LinkedIn Learning is a free resource for you that’s going to help you be more effective professionally.
