Why does HR not return my phone calls or emails after being declined for a job opportunity?

“Why does HR not return my calls or Emails after declining me for a job opportunity?” Well, this is pretty simple. You’re wasting their time? You see, they know what your intention is. You’re gonna argue with their decision and the fact is they made a decision you don’t like it.
Your resume didn’t make a case or it doesn’t say yes, it’s rejected my application so they know you’re going to say, “but I am qualified” and try to make a case for it . . . but your resume didn’t
and they make the decision based upon their resume.
Why were you too lazy not to convert your resume at the one that made the case? Maybe you weren’t qualified. You’re a junior individual going for a senior position in whatever you do. You have one
year of experience. They’re looking for someone with six or seven, just to use that as an example, or you’re a senior doer role going for a manager job, They know that you’re basically
arguing your case. “I can do this job,” but you didn’t make the case in your resume and they make that decision based upon what you’ve told them in your resume.
So why don’t they return your calls or respond to your emails. Because they already made the decision and they know you’re gonna argue and that’s a waste of their time.
They have to find other people. They’re not there to pat you on the head and say, “no..”
