Unprofessional Hiring Managers | No BS Hiring Advice
Some hiring managers are unprofessional. They neglect the process, skip steps when they are inconvenient, make promises to job hunters that are not compatible with the reality of their workplace and how things are done. Sometimes, hiring managers don’t tell job candidates about company policies that might adversely affect their new hire, let alone what happened to the last three people who sat at the desk the new hire will be asked to work from. Then, they are shocked when their new hire becomes disengaged at work, leaves for another role not long after joining, or otherwise expresses their disappointment or anger at being lied to.
