How To Create An Employer Branding Strategy That Attracts Top Talent
36% of graduating seniors continue to interview for jobs after they accept your offer. And another 16% will interview if something lands in your lap. You got to get them involved in your organization culture quickly. Here’s a couple of ideas.
Number one: during finals, week, send them a care package, branded ideally, but it doesn’t have to be their way.
Number two, set them up with a mentor. Mentors are going to start the conversation, build a relationship between your organization and that new environment.
Number three, let them start doing some part-time work and forward some training materials to the them, in advance advanced so they can start doing some prep work in advance. Have an office tour.
