Hello Jeff, thank you for putting all of this information online. I do have
a question for you in regards to seeking employment abroad which requires
the potential employee to “sponsor” you. In my case, I’m a Senior Civil
Designer from New Zealander with 12 years of experience. I am very good at
what I do and I have worked in New Zealand, Australia and Canada. I would
like to move back to Canada but I require a labour market impact assessment
and a a job offer (Both from the employer)…

Do you have any tips on how to show a potential employer that you’re more
than worth the risk/work to employ?

I am finding this to be a very big hurdle despite having worked in Canada
before. (Previous work was on a visa I am no longer eligible for and I now
    need a work permit).

I am not a Canadian immigration attorney and would not want to offer opinions based upon limited information. An immigration attorney will guide you best.
