No BS Career Advice: December 1, 2024

By Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter

The Thanksgiving weekend in the US is about to end. I shouldn’t have to tell you this but after today, there are 30 more days to the year.

Professionally, wasting them and coasting into the new year would be easy. Instead, you can use them well.

If you are job hunting, you can use this time of the year to reconnect with people from your past, ask for help and introductions, and help them. If employed, you can help people who need your support and work like your life depends on it before easing up.

I know what the smart thing is. Our time in life is precious. Use it well or waste it. It’s your choice.

Please share so others can benefit and, perhaps subscribe. Leave a comment so the algorithm knows this is useful (at least 12 words, please, That’s what it wants to avoid seeing it as a spam comment).
