Take advantage of the year-end scramble employers have to fill jobs out of their old budget and to fill jobs in their new budget that goes into effect in January. Just because the holidays are approaching, just because Christmas and New Year are showing up, doesn’t mean firms aren’t interviewing. They are, even in 2023. That’s what’s going on every year. This process goes on, and many of you were coasting into the new year and then being part of the mad dash of even more people entering the market come January 1. Don’t waste Decembers.
