      @Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter Not everyone has access to network in every company. Networking doesn’t work for everybody lot of people have no option but to play game of numbers.

      @ScienceVideosFan Part of the reason that happens is that people don’t think proactively of their career, lurching form one job search to another instead of targeting firms and building those relationships between searches. When people do what you are describing, it is an indication of a failure toanticipate that this job you are in is going to end in divorce wither through a job hunters choice OR an employer’s.
