    This makes a lot of sense.  The concept of “fit” is inherently undefined and is just a catch-all excuse to dismiss the candidate.  If the interviewer did their job, they would know the reason WHY the candidate doesn’t fit.  Thanks Jeff for the CASTLE method.  Very helpful for both interviewers and interviewees.

      Thanks, David. The CASTLE Principles make a lot of sense for interviewing. When coupled with a quality qualifications interview, firms will find out a lot.
