    you can’t… been there, before you get the boot(either by layoff or firing, mine was layoff by the by), figure out where to go next/what you want to do and work on getting there. The job pays well for a reason-it’s either a toxic environment or the job is that crappy. Either way, they pay well for a reason… to get people to stay. It’s not worth it.
