All I see on LinkedIn are positions who are no longer accepting applications after being open for a week or two? I am in HR and I know that hiring managers do not make decisions that quickly.

I was told this is related to using all contract dollars for advertising-so it’s advertising
LinkedIn has been very accommodating to clients during Covid, understanding that to keep some clients, they need to get them re-sign on a contract renewal. I think they close their fiscal year in June. If I’m right, anything after June is new spend and not likely to be a spend the budget act.
