You Don’t Need Permission to Be a Leader

If you want to become desirable to your employer or other employers, don’t ask for permission to be a leader.
Instead of a Permanent Position
You don’t need permission to act like a leader. Weak leaders will live in hiding. They’ll be fearful. They’ll get into all the details and minutia. They look like they’re working, but they really aren’t.
I’ve got to tell you when you work for a weak leader you don’t learn a heck of a lot because all they’re doing is either controlling or hiding. Work for someone you can learn a lot from. Get around someone strong. Learn from them, then become the leader you want to be.
