I find it amazing to discover how few people can really answer these two simple questions and explain why they have the jobs they have and the careers they have.
Although these can be used as interview questions when hiring, the truth is that I believe they are wonderful reminders for the choices we have made and can help you connect with the soul of your work or realize how disconnected you are from your heart in your work.
