Unreasonable | Career Angles

I have many habits that all intersect with me. Some are positive, some questionable, and, of course some harmful.

For me, I have found that unreasonable to make radical change because, what tends to happen is that I “rubber band back” back to what I was doing previously. Willpower has not been enough to overcome the obstacles to change.

Maybe your experience is different what I have found for myself is that slow and steady, with periodic self-directed kindness for mistakes I make, works much better.

I also know that I often have unrealistic expectations of other people and hold them to a higher standard than I hold myself. Maybe your experience is different. I suspect not.

We are all trying, even the person in the office you detest. Help them. Don’t criticize them when they err.

In this respect, we are all alike.
