People say certain things without thought that send the wrong message.

I grew up in an era where a common thing to say was, “Take it easy.” Implied in the phrase is “don’t exert yourself too hard

It used to be common for people to end a conversation with someone by saying, "Take it easy."

There are three words many people say mindlessly that are so damaging. I point them out and suggest an alternative.
