Smile Genuinely to Express Enthusiasm

LinkedIn’s AI wrote, “A smile is one of the most universal and effective ways to express enthusiasm and positivity. However, a fake or forced smile can have the opposite effect and make you seem insincere or nervous. To smile genuinely, think of something that makes you happy or excited, such as your passion for the job or the company. Engage your eyes and mouth, and avoid smiling too widely or too often. A natural and moderate smile can make you appear friendly, approachable, and confident.”
I comment in 750 characters or less, “Especially when you answer behavioral interview questions, smile. Smiling at that time demonstrates self-confidence, pride and personal satisfaction for what you (and others) accomplished. Look them in the eyes as you speak and delight at telling the story. Be like a parent at a child’s graduation showing happiness at what they accomplished. It will demonstrate joy, just like a parent does, just like a sports coach or manager does.”
