Self-Confidence | Career Angles
Sometimes, you need to have the confidence to believe that you can figure it out, that your plan wouldn’t work anyway but you can adapt as you find out more.
Sometimes, the goal is to be in motion rather than stasis.
Sometimes, planning is best but it didn’t work so well for Soviet planners who projected results that never happened.
There are always more variables than you might account for.
What happens if you miss that tiny thing that affects all the major ones?
As you know, rockets can fail because of small part failures (as on the Challenger mission when O-ring failed).
We make mistakes, not intentionally, but because we miss a detail that proves important.
Getting in motion and figuring things out as you go along may seem like a lot of effort and, at times it will.
Do it anyway.
