Poles and Bridges | Career Angles

Many people operate at the poles of decision-making. They choose to operate with the extremes.

Some people operate in the middle, listening to both opinions, asking questions, getting clear about the alternative choices and looking for ways to bridge between the poles.

Neither is right or wrong.

You just need to observe your natural tendency.

Don’t be afraid to test a different position.

You don’t need to live your professional life at the extremes any more than to let it in the middle.

Just be aware of your natural tendency and be prepared to test it from time to time.
