LinkedIn is changing with the times and one of the things that they've recognized is, particularly given the COVID times, there are parents that have needed to stay home with their kids. So they've introduced new titles. stay at home mom, stay at home dad, stay at home parent, and they want you to put self-employed as your title. They're also planning to introduce another feature where someone can identify parental leave, family care, or sabbatical as the reason for the gap. Companies are adjusting to the times and certainly COVID has forced a lot of issues for job hunters or employees and how they demonstrate their career journey on LinkedIn. I think it's a nice way for them to respond. Follow me on YouTube. The channel is Job Search TV. Hope to see you there.
