Finding Hiring Managers on LinkedIn

Job Interviews Falling Flat? Your Attitude May Be To Blame
Hi. I’m Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter. People hire me for no BS job search advice and coaching globally, because I’m make things so much easier for people in their job search and a few other things as well.
I want to tell you a very simple way to find managers who are hiring right now. And it’s about using LinkedIn in a different way to find them. Now, in the search box, I want you to put in quotes, the title of the position you’re looking for. So I’m just going to use “career coach.” Hey! Career coach. Put that in quotes.
And then from there, put and you put the words again, in quotes, “hiring,” and then hit Search.
Now, there are two options you’re going to follow up with. The first one is “Posts”to see if someone has posted something related to your job title. The next one, after you’ve looked at those, you back up, and you’d look at Jobs, and those are just going to list specific jobs that are available.
But the goal here is to filter one more step. Here, you’re gonna go to all filters, and look for the company that you might like to work for so this way, you can get pretty granular on LinkedIn, finding open positions, and finding firms that you might like to target as part of your job search.
