Have you looked at your website recently to get an idea for what people see when they go to it and they’re interested in working for your firm? Probably not. Because if you had, you would have seen this ugly thing with lots of steps that require a lot of effort for people to apply.
Remember, they’re not just simply on a laptop when they’re doing it. They’re on a mobile phone. How easy do you make it for people to complete applications? How many keystrokes do they have to use on their phone to do it? Also, how often are you using video there? You know, people don’t read and they watch video, and most of you don’t use video to communicate.
I was looking at one website recently and it featured an employee from overseas– What ice cream they liked. You know, what languages they spoke. What their favorite coffee drink was. You can do better than this.
