This will help you demonstrate your knowledge, skills, and personality, and attract the attention of recruiters and hiring managers who are looking for talent like you.”

I commented, in response, “When thinking of your reputation, the first question to ask yourself is “Who knows about you and how can I help more people?” I started YouTubing in 2008, podcasting in 2010, and blogging in 2001. Content sharing with comments may be the first step but having your own opinions and being willing to say them publically will help more people know about you. My first client was referred by the CMO of a European firm. I’d never spoken with him or communicated with him but he thought I could help his friend (I did). I’d put myself out there, created a memorable brand, and impressed him. You can do that, too. Start today.”
