I never find it easy to come back from a break. Usually, my energy is high; my concentration is low.

Yet, I recognize that the people who I serve want my best, not my dazed.

I suspect the same is true of you, too.

What I do to get my focus up varies. One of my favorites is starting a little bit earlier so that I get some of the mistakes out before I actually work with people.

What do you do?

Is it okay to flounder for a while and give others less than your best?

Personally, I don’t think so.

You, on the other hand, are different.

You may think it’s okay but let me ask you question.

Would you accept less than someone’s best before delivered to you?
