Hi, I'm Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter. And I'm on vacation DC. I was listening to a podcast and I just thought I would relay something to you from the show.
It's an interview with Sally Hogshead that appeared on Amy Porterfield's show and I'll have a link to her book in the show notes. But the conclusion talked about . . . And I think it's really appropriate for job hunters, I think it's appropriate for you in business ,as well.
It's not about changing who you are, but being more of who you are. The right organization, the right client, the right employer is going to recognizS those strengths in you and will be drawn to you, rather than fixing the mistakes that you're making or the imperfections that you have.
The idea is to become bigger act who you already are. Now, how you figure out who you really are and what your strengths are . . . Sally's book does a good job of like I said, I'll have links in the show notes.
But in the meantime, I don't want to claim in any way shape or form at your broken or defective. There's some skills that you can learn. That's great, but, at the same time, what you can do is get even bigger and stronger and more capable at where your strengths are.
I'm Jeff Altman. Hope you found this helpful.
Again, my website is thebiggamehunter.Us.
Have a great day.
