Quiet firing refers to situations where your employer makes it so unpleasant for you to stay, you want to quit instead of being fired. They don’t want to fire you because then they might have to pay unemployment. They might have to make it public that you and others were pushed out.
So what they do is isolate you, give you unreasonable workloads, deny you access to resources, and generally make you feel miserable. So if that’s what you think is going on, I just want to encourage you speak to your manager. Keep a record of your work performance. If you’re put on a performance improvement plan, and you’re performing according to levels that they set as your goals, argue it. Keep a record of your performance, and of course, look for a new job.
Frankly, you’re not going to win, but you can at least make an unpleasant for them by fighting back and making them know that you know what’s going on. There’s much more at TheBigGameHunter.us
