Are You a Fraud? | No BS Coaching Advice
Is there a voice inside you that tells you that you are a fraud?
I apologize for the fact that the audio is not as good as it normally is. The content, however, is.
Listen. Can you hear it? I hear it
sometimes. I suspect you do, too. It’s
that voice that says I’m a fraud. You
know I’m in over my head. I can’t do
this. You know this is just out of my
league. And the fact of the matter is
you’re not a fraud but there’s that many
voice that says that you are. Why does it
show up now? This is not some major
life-threatening illness; it’s actually
fairly normal what the voice basically
says is in June something new I’m scared
or I’ve never done this before good
scare and it’s hard to listen to
sometimes but it’s so loud and it’s been
a habit of your minds for the longest
time now I’ll just simply say that you
don’t have to live with that voice all
the time you can change you can do
something differently you can find
different ways to do now it’s hard if
you do it by yourself but if you get
help I’m not talking about you know
subside without me I’m talking about
working with a coach it helps you
identify the voice and supports him with
going in the direction that you’re
afraid of God getting help getting
support getting advice will go a long
way toward shall we say put in the
muzzle on that voice you know it’s hard
to break out of it in a moment and

great step but I also want to encourage
you don’t just simply watch stuff get
some support with doing it yeah I’m sure
with a lot of willpower there’s a lot of
things that you can do but it’s hard and
that’s the problem with willpower have
you ever trying to diet and as soon as
you go off the diet e wipe again we’ll
wait a commensal and that’s because you
trotting little power what why don’t you
try something a little different I’d

encouragement there and reach out the
missed the scheduled time for us to
start working with one god I want to
help you play big I’m going to help you
be successful in your world so that this
way the voice gets a little quieter a
little less powerful and you get a lot
