How can you coach and develop your team so they make general?
How can you involve them in decisions while still making them?
Maybe the idea is to involve individuals regularly. Not just your senior staff but the juniors as well
“This is what is going on and what I know. What questions would you have to sort this out? With what you know, what would you do? This is what I’m thinking of doing. What am I not seeing?”
Getting your team involved will help their growth AND yours, too.
After all, you don’t know everything, probably have a few blind spots and can use their perspective to help you, too.
