Let me ask you a question.

How much do you really work each day?

I don’t mean how much time you spend in the building or in the job doing what you do.

Working.

Focused on your work.

Zeroed in on delivering great effort.

If you’re like most people, the amount of time you really spend working is pretty small and some of that time may be spent criticizing and complaining about others who are actually working.

If you don’t like your job, quit.

If you don’t like your job, take another one.

If you don’t like the work that you do, change careers.

You are acting like a cancer in the organization.

I repeat that.

You are acting like a cancer in the organization.

Stop it.
