I don't care whether it's on video or in person. Women know how to dress for interviews. Women dress properly. They look great. Men. Not so good. Like, you look like I do right now. It's like too casual, relaxed. Like I'm not talking about business casual. You dress like crap. And the women always dress great.

So, when you go into an interview and you're dressed like crap, sometimes you get crap money no matter how good you are, because they don't care. You haven't created a strong enough personal impression to go along with the professional impression. Dress like a star. Wear great clothes. Look gorgeous. Be hot. And this way you stand more of a chance of being hired.
