    Some very good points in here. I just find it rude to not hear a decision,
    & a month later you are trying to follow up & learn they already filled the
    position last week. Would be nice to know so I can move on & refocus my
    search in new directions.I guess its best to just to forget about a job &
    relocation until you hear from somebody about an offer & start date.

      It is rude . . . until the first time you as a hiring manager are argued with about the decision. I know this is a “No BS” video and it feels rude but employers have their reasons and these are a few.

    I tried to watch but the tone for the first minute made me feel like I was being judged very negatively for trying to better myself and actually get a job… instead of being taken advantage of. Thanks…
