Using AI on LinkedIn to Apply for Jobs

Now, for the longest time people have asked me is having a paid membership on LinkedIn worth it. I finally have a clear answer for why it is worth it and it’s the use of AI in the job application process. Now, when you’re searching for jobs on LinkedIn, you’re finding individual positions that make sense for you. But in the paid tier, they have access to AI. And like anything, it’s not perfect, but it gives you some clues about ways that you should change your profile and change your resume that makes sense. So I did it for myself with one job and the questions it asked, it offers an answer to are am I a good fit for this job? How can I best position myself for this job? Sorry, I clicked on that. And I don’t really want that answer right now. And it also offers the question, tell me more about this particular company.
Now, am I the best fit for the job or am I a good fit for this job, looks at your LinkedIn profile, compares it with the job description, and points out different skills and attributes that you have that made sense and don’t have that you might want to add in. That also tells you about things to add to your resume. How can I best position myself with this job? It’s a great tool, because it’s telling you things that are missing from your background that would make sense for you to add him and more.
So as I was saying, recently, with the advent of AI in the job application process, I now have a reason why I can tell you that having a paid membership, which can be as little as $39.99 per month. Makes sense for people. So consider doing it. Try it out. LinkedIn usually offers 30-day free deals on memberships. Try it see if it makes sense for you. And remember, you get more inMails as a member that allows you to connect to people faster, because people tend to read inMails more than they do emails.
