A Tip for a Successful Video Interview

There are quite a few questions someone can ask to get a sense of the culture and dynamics of a team. They include: Is the team mostly independent or interdependent in their roles and how closely do team members collaborate on projects and individual tasks? What is the pace and work environment like – is it high-pressure or more laid back? Disagreements sometimes arise in groups. How are decisions, conflicts, and problems addressed and resolved within the team? How much flexibility is there around things like work styles and schedules? How is performance measured and evaluated? Does the team socialize or interact much outside of work? If you were to think of the qualities the most successful members of this team display, what would they be? How would you describe the work culture on the team? No one likes to describe themselves as a micromanager but what is your leadership or management style?
