Tough Interview Questions: Prove Your Exceptional Communications Skills | JobSearchTV.com

I'm Jeff Altman, The Big Game Hunter. I'm a coach who helps people professionally
in a number of different ways and this is one of those tough interview
questions I think it's a riot to be honest with you because like how do you
prove that you have exceptional communication skills what sort of things
would you talk about and I think most people would start the stammer and
stutter and be beside themselves not knowing quite how to answer it but to
trick the answering a situation like this dealing with a situation like this
is to say what do you mean by exceptional what's an exceptional
communication style now in flipping the question back to them what you're doing
is engaging in a conversation we're through your conversation you can
demonstrate exceptional communication skills so they'll say look really good
like what's really good and I'm not trying to be difficult here but what I'm
trying to do is engage with you to understand what the target is and Donis
again you're talking about yourself what they're trying to look for and
eventually you can get to the point with this where you smile and go look I don't
know what it means to have exceptional communication style . . . communications
ability in your world I know I never have a problem with people with them
understanding me. Now, right now, I'm having a problem
understanding you but that's a different conversation all I want to do is to
demonstrate to you through our conversation here that I can handle
myself well and that I do have those communication skills
and thus you've answered the question through the conversation with them I
