I want to thank you for this video! I asked this question and stumped three
interviewers. They said it was a great question and I got the job. Thanks
    Jeff!

Another good question that I got from career advice youtuber Don Georgevich
that is quite similar to the one you used, if I may add, is “what have
other people in the past done that made them succeed in this role?”

+TheBishop12 Thanks for writing, That one is good, too, but for some jobs (newly created ones), it doesn’t work. Mone is specific to the job hunter who is interviewing for this job.

Is there a way to apply this to a college or sponsorship interview? I want
to distinguish myself from the average student. Love the videos, keep up
    the good work!

+Jeff Altman To be honest I’m not very sure, I’ve been thinking about how to use this and that (advanced tell me about yourself answer) for a long time but I’d guess it’d go like “So let’s say I got accepted and been studying here for a year now, and you were to write a report about me stating that I’m the best student to ever study in this university. What would I have done in this year?”
