Great jobs turn into bad jobs that you want to flee from.
Why is that?
Sometimes, the blame lays with changes with the employer. They don’t sell enough business and cut back on the interesting work and leave you with the crap.
Sometimes, a manager leaves and the replacement and you do not develop the kind of working relationship that serves the business or you, for that matter.
A million things can change that cause you to want to leave yet most people act with shock and dismay when the inevitable happens.
And the inevitable always happens and you will be unprepared for it and act with incredulity when events turn sour for you.
Why? Why are you shocked/
Why do you act like this has never happened before when it happens all the time.
And you’re kidding no one.
Everyone knows jobs go bad except, apparently, you.
