I love that you are speaking to some of the common questions that are often
asked during interviews, but are very difficult to answer. Me personally,
there are people who interview very well but lack skills, or even common
sense land great jobs.It baffles me. I obviously need to refine my
interview skills because I am a kick a** and take names kind of employee. I
just wish interviewing was all about honesty and not puffery. I am a very
high energetic employee, who by all means necessary, accomplish very
complex issues, self train on unique portfolios, and work to rebuild
damaged client relationships. For me, let’s cut the bull. Ok, I’m not
PC…. I just do not want to ever feel like I am not being me interviewing
or not. It’s only fair that the employer gets the true interviewee, in my
opinion. Let me know your thoughts.

Visit my website and click the tabs for Tough Interview Questions and Interview Brainteasers. Start there. As for my thoughts, they are irrelevant. This is how the game is played. You can swim with the river or against it . . . .but if we swim against the river current, you’ll drown.

I was wondering if this would be the same type question as a time when
you implemented an idea. Should I have a separate answer for both?
