I drive myself hard in-service to you and others. I really do think of you as I write these in order best be of service.

There are times I am sure what I say has no meaning to you.

But there are those other times.

As we approach the end of the year, slow down.

Appreciate the important things in life, including your colleagues.

Even the biggest pains in the you know where I give you a learning opportunity.

Appreciate them as well. They felt you become stronger.

Then there are the others who ease the path for you.

They cleared the rock from beneath her bare feet, maybe even loved you in doing so.

They shown care in their actions, if not the words.

Slow down.

Notice it all.

Pay attention.
