There are times to stand back and observe before making a decision.

There are times when it’s important to let the opposing currents fly past you before speaking or taking action.

There will come that moment real know it’s time to speak or act.

You want to them leaving that moment saying to themselves, “she came out strong,” or “he came out strong,” and took charge of the situation and decided how it should be resolved.

Pick your moments.

You don’t have to do this all the time.

Then, when you do, they will know that you have decided and there’s no turning back.
