I was watching a band on YouTube who had many many hit songs. The videos were over 5 or 6 years and they were still playing their hits. They looked different. Their physical performances became more refined but the music and the framework of their music was solid.

Here they were on tour 300 nights a year PLUS rehearsals playing the same songs over and over.

The music had improvisation periods built into the even their most famous songs but, heck, if I had to do the same thing over and over and over like them, putting on the same shows, I would find it hard.

Probably you would, too.

It’s what makes them professional. They can do that.

Some struggle with doing their jobs. Drugs, alcohol other substances creep in.

But professionals keep delivering and making people thrilled by the experience.
